Discussion: Central Michigan has somewhat of a cool stretch coming up over the next couple of days.  The low pressure which was supposed to bring a couple of inches of snow to Mid-Michigan took more of an easterly track, keeping the snow to the south of us.  A trough will move in behind the low pressure system which will bring the cooler temperatures, and will also keep us dry.  There is a chance of lake effect snow tomorrow and tomorrow evening, but otherwise we will be remaining dry.  Winds will increase on Thursday but decrease back into Friday.  A ridge will build over the Rockies by the end of week which will bring some milder temperatures to Michigan early next week.
